Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
Through the contact form: name, work email address, company or activity, phone (optional), type of need and description of the need. This data is sent by email to the contact@saqrine.com mailbox. An automatic acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide.
Why do we use it?
Only to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and the legitimate interest in answering requests received. Your data is not used for advertising.
Who has access?
OVH SAS (France), which hosts the site and the mailbox. No other company has access to messages sent through the form. The data stays within the European Economic Area.
For how long?
As long as needed to handle your request, then 12 months after the last exchange. It is then deleted, unless the law requires it to be kept.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If a privacy-friendly analytics tool is added, it will be described here.
Spam protection
The form is protected by a hidden field aimed at robots and by a limit on the number of submissions per IP address (the IP address is kept in memory only, for a few minutes). The OVH mail service also applies its own anti-spam filters.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@saqrine.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
